On a snowy day, be seated on the heated wooden floor, look past the mulberry paper windows onto the central courtyard of mystical birch trees and high peaks of distant mountains. Smell the freshly steamed sweet figs cake and watch the delicate lotus tea flower unfurl and bloom again.
